If optimization scores drop below the agreed target range during the guarantee period due to our work, we fix it free. Guarantee periods are 30 days (Starter), 60 days (Growth), and 90 days (Elite). The guarantee covers regressions caused by our optimization only — not changes you make to the site, third-party script additions, or hosting changes. For Growth and Elite packages, we offer a 50/50 payment structure: 50% deposit before work begins and 50% upon delivery and verification of results. For custom or larger engagements, we can discuss milestone-based payment schedules. Starter packages require full payment upfront due to their smaller scope.
