Performance Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If scores drop below the agreed target during the guarantee period due to our optimization, we fix it free. No questions asked.
How Our Guarantee Works
Every optimization engagement includes a performance guarantee period. During this period, we monitor your website's scores and will fix any regressions caused by our work — at no additional cost.
Before starting any project, we agree on specific target score ranges based on your site's tech stack, required third-party integrations, and chosen package. These targets are documented in your project agreement and serve as the benchmark for the guarantee.
Guarantee by Plan
Each plan includes a guarantee period and target score range. Exact targets are finalized during the project proposal based on your site's specific constraints.

About Score Fluctuations
Normal Variance Is Not a Regression
Google PageSpeed Insights scores naturally fluctuate by 2-5 points between consecutive runs. This is caused by:
- Network simulation jitter in Lighthouse testing
- CPU throttling variability on Google's test servers
- Server response time differences between requests
- Background processes on simulation devices
A site that scores 97 on one run and 93 on the next is performing exactly as expected. Our guarantee targets score ranges, not exact point values. A "regression" means scores consistently falling below the agreed target range across multiple test runs — not a single low reading.
How to Claim the Guarantee
Run a PageSpeed Test
Use the live proof link we provided, or test your optimized pages at pagespeed.web.dev. Run the test at least 3 times to account for natural variance.
Document the Issue
If scores are consistently below the agreed target range across multiple runs, take note of the scores, timestamps, and which pages are affected.
Contact Us
Email contact@pagespeedservices.com with the subject line "Guarantee Claim" and include the affected page URLs, your test results, and the date you first noticed the regression.
